No connection to the Go!!! Plus track<\/h1>\n
Important<\/strong>
\nOn Android 6 the location services (GPS) have to be enabled and SmartRace GO Plus must be allowed to use them.<\/div>\n
Important<\/strong>
\nThe bluetooth connection between your device and the Go!!! Plus track must NOT be established manually! It will be established automatically once the app is started \u00a0and the track is powered on (exception: some Lenovo devices, see above). If you have ever tried to establish the connection manually before, please remove the control unit from the list of known devices. Afterwards, please restart both the control unit and SmartRace GO Plus.<\/div>\n

If you can\u2019t establish a connection between SmartRace GO Plus and your track, please try and check the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Does your smartphone or tablet support\u00a0bluetooth 4.0<\/strong>?<\/li>\n
  • Is\u00a0bluetooth\u00a0enabled<\/strong>\u00a0on your device and is your device\u00a0visible<\/strong>\u00a0for other devices?<\/li>\n
  • On Android: is SmartRace GO Plus allowed to use bluetooth?
    \n(Settings > Apps > Permissions)<\/li>\n
  • If you\u2019re using a\u00a0Lenovo<\/strong>\u00a0tablet and the connection can\u2019t still be establish (although you considered ALL items from above and below!), please try the following:\n
      \n
    • Power on the track<\/li>\n
    • Start SmartRace GO Plus<\/li>\n
    • Open the tablets settings by swiping down from the top of the screen<\/li>\n
    • Press \u201csearch for (other) devices\u201d from the settings<\/li>\n
    • Get SmartRace back to foreground<\/li>\n
