No connection to the Go!!! Plus track

On Android 6 the location services (GPS) have to be enabled and SmartRace GO Plus must be allowed to use them.

Important
The bluetooth connection between your device and the Go!!! Plus track must NOT be established manually! It will be established automatically once the app is started and the track is powered on (exception: some Lenovo devices, see above). If you have ever tried to establish the connection manually before, please remove the control unit from the list of known devices. Afterwards, please restart both the control unit and SmartRace GO Plus.

If you can’t establish a connection between SmartRace GO Plus and your track, please try and check the following:
- Does your smartphone or tablet support bluetooth 4.0?
- Is bluetooth enabled on your device and is your device visible for other devices?
- On Android: is SmartRace GO Plus allowed to use bluetooth?
(Settings > Apps > Permissions) - If you’re using a Lenovo tablet and the connection can’t still be establish (although you considered ALL items from above and below!), please try the following:
- Power on the track
- Start SmartRace GO Plus
- Open the tablets settings by swiping down from the top of the screen
- Press “search for (other) devices” from the settings
- Get SmartRace back to foreground
- The connection should have been established
